Wie wollen wir in Zukunft leben?Heterachie ist das Gegenteil von Hierarchie und die Organisationsform der Zukunft. Warum? Weil sie menschlich, divers und gleichberechtigt ist.
Heteros heißt die/der/das andere/verschiedene. Heterarchie ist das Gegenteil von Hierarchie, eine Homoarchie. Jede*r Beteiligte ist auch Manager und Gestalter des Systems. Diese Systeme sind Netzwerkorganisationen. Heterarchie ist eine Form der Selbstorganisation, vergleichbar mit Niklas Luhmanns emergenten Strukturen. Sie kann mit Rahmenwerken wie Scrum, Soziokratie 3.0, Holokratie und OKR ermöglicht, gesteuert und skaliert werden.
Es gibt Organisationen, die Heterarchie schon leben oder Elemente der Selbstorganisation ausprobieren. In unserem Blog stellen wir ihre Geschichten und Erfahrungen vor.

Heteros means the other/the different. Heterarchy is the opposite of hierarchy, a homoarchy. Every participant is also a manager and creator of a system, which is based on a network organization. Heterarchy is a form of self-organization, comparable to Niklas Luhmann’s emergent structures. It can be enabled, managed, and scaled with frameworks like Scrum, Sociocracy 3.0, Holocracy, and OKR.
